Very bad with this operator. As usual as many other countries and tours, you are given 2 drivers, a full travel guide for support during the travel and then a historical guide for your language to guide you through the main historical points.
The travel guide that meets you at the hotel, arrived without identify himself or even say good morning, we would end up finishing the day without ever knowing his name. Did not identify himself either and only talked to us to ask if we were going to Cairo and to ask our room number. He would proceed to lay down on the front seats sleeping (nothing against in this type of bug tours), only talking to us again to say that we were arriving at the museum and we should be prepared to go out fast.
Once on the museum we got our guides, plural, because they were 4, all diferent languages inside the same bus all day, even our English guide admited that this is way too many. That being said the English guide was very polite and welcoming, did a very good museum visit, however he also was victim of an awful organization that I will go in detail next.
First, the voucher mentions that this is an 18h tour, already a very long one, however this end up to be 24h tour for us, going out of our hotel arround 1h45 and finishing arround 1h next day.
Second, the voucher mentions how modern and confortable the bus is for this type of travel, however I am 1.78 and my legs did not fit at all between seats.
They mentioned also that this bus has WC for us, and yes is true the WC exists, however the travel guide never mentioned it, and when one of the other passengers tried to go there verified it was closed.
We did 2 days before a similar long tour to Luxor with a diferent operator and fresh water was given as courtesy, in this one the only time water was offered was already at the end of the day, and to sell.
The voucher also mentions the AC of the bus, and yes it works, however on the way back the sleeping guide was informed that was way too cold for that time of the day, however it remained like this without changing until we arrived.
Comercial stops like perfumes store or papyro store are normal in this type of tours, but they end up totally taking all the time for more interesting activities, this together with the fact that we were informed only already beside the Piramids that if we don't pay to go by camel or horse (not informed on the voucher or any communication afterwards), we would not see everything, and people paying would have 45min of tour, the ones not paying would have some time to take some pictures.
All this end up being a desaster of organization ending up on everyone, paying or not, having only 5min from very far away to watch the Sphinx. One of the main attractions of the tour.
To finish the day, 2 more classics from our amazing travel guide, that decide to make a 20min rest stop in a more than 1h stop to pick up pizza and catch up with friends when we were 20h of travel in already, and right on the end when I did not understand is "amazing" English and I politely asked "Sunny Days Resort should go out now also?" and he answered me pointing to the hotel on the other side of the street laughing and making fun of me and my wife.
So, as summary of this experience, after reading all this you still want to try your luck, by all means please go forward, but like I mentioned there are operators with better profissionals giving the same products for sure.

Great experience with ETO Travels in Sharm El Sheikh! The scuba diving trip was well organized, the staff were friendly and professional, and the instructors made everyone feel safe and comfortable. This is one of the most unforgetable holiday of my life!
I had to rebook my ticket 4x and my itirinaries.
The agency was very patient and they were very helpful and accomodating in all my needs with all the support from the team.

They had made my trip more safe and very highly recommended and trustable.
And they help accomodate to all my request for my timing which is very convenient for me.
And they help me out from my Cairo tour from hurghada to Cairo to accomodate my small 1 luggage to be in the car as I have my flights back to cairo on same day after the tour so I dont need to go back to hurghada and the driver and the tour guide and the team make sure that I ride a safe driver. They help me out in booking my drive to the airport after the Tour.
They also help me out for my rebooking for all my trip.
My egypt holiday wouldnt have it been easier w/o them .

Thanks for the awesome afternoon; we're so happy we took this trip with you. (Private guide.) We were picked up at the hotel right on time and then drove to El Gouna—the city of superlatives. From the church to the boat trip, everything was superbly organized. Although we aren't perfectly fluent in English, it didn't detract from the trip. We continued on to the center of Gouna, with its many restaurants and shops. Then we took a look at the plaza with its beautiful architecture. Finally, we headed to the observation tower on the golf club grounds. A truly wonderful day came to an end. We made a quick stop to buy spices in Hurghada and then returned to the hotel.
There were two of us, and we had a private car; the driver also served as our guide, so we could set the pace ourselves and really enjoyed that. We stayed completely on schedule, despite all the little things that were important to us.
We've saved the contact information and will definitely be back.

The trip was amazing! I highly recommend it to everyone.
We were only six people, and we started at 6:30 instead of 4:30, which was great for the kids. The price was also much cheaper than the group option offered by our tour operator back home.
One of the best parts was that, at most places, we didn’t have to wait for anyone else. We could decide how much time to spend at each location and what exactly we wanted to do, which made the experience much more enjoyable and relaxed.
The itinerary was excellent. First, we visited Karnak Temple, which was absolutely impressive. Then we took a boat trip to Banana Island, which was a fun and relaxing experience. After that, we had lunch before continuing to the Temple of Hatshepsut, which was truly stunning. Finally, we visited the Valley of the Kings, which was an unforgettable highlight of the trip.
A guide was included for the entire trip, which made everything even better and more informative.

I participated in a diving excursion and it was a fantastic experience. The team was very professional, friendly, and helpful. The equipment was in excellent condition, and safety was always the top priority.
The sea was incredibly clear, and we saw many beautiful corals and various species of fish. The organization of the trip was perfect—from the transfer to the return.

We did 4 tours with ETO. Quad Biking, Star Gazing, Luxor and Hurghada shopping/site seeing. All were absolutely amazing and nothing was too much trouble! The guides were very informative and drivers excellent. We were Mum and Daughter travelling and always felt very safe. Brilliant communication from the time of booking and kept updated re pick up details. All trips were a much better price than what other companies are charging. Easy to book online and pay on the day in cash or buy card. Groups are kept small. Thank you so much ETO Travels, we had such fun and made some wonderful memories! Won't hesitate to recommend to family and friends and would definitely use them again.

We had THE BEST two trips with ETO Travels while in Hurghada, after trying a couple other agencies and getting disappointing experiences. We went on orange bay trip and a swimming with dolphins trip the next day. It was the first time for me to do snorkeling in open water and Abdo kilani and his crew on deck did absolutely great to make sure we all had a fun and safe experience throughout the whole day ❤️ saw beautiful coral reefs and enjoyed the Cristal-clear water on orange bay island. We had a couple of banana boat rounds before the end 🙂↔️😂was really fun felt like a kid again ❤️ Truly unforgettable day. The next day we went on swimming with dolphins trip, we spotted many dolphins on that day and I managed to get great photos and see so many wonderful fishes 🐠 🐟 even Nemo fishs 😍 every spot we went to was just more wonderfully beautiful than the one before 💙🩵 the booking process was also super easy, details and prices are exactly as published on their website, we were not disappointed and the pickup was also great and punctual. I felt how much the owner cared about giving us an enjoyable experience on both trips. The Luxor tour from Hurghada was an unforgettable experience! The journey was long but very well organized, and our guide made history come alive with clear and engaging explanations. Visiting the Valley of the Kings, the Temple of Hatshepsut, and Karnak Temple was simply breathtaking – the size and beauty of these monuments left us amazed. We also enjoyed a peaceful boat trip on the Nile, which was a perfect break in the middle of the day. Everything ran smoothly from pick-up to drop-off, and we felt very well taken care of. Our second was a Day trip to Luxor from Hurghada by road, our driver Hamdy was excellent and our guide Marwa for the day was amazing … there was nothing I could fault with this trip. I would highly recommend using these guys for such this Tours … great trips, fantastic guides and professional service

We did the tour to the pyramids and other highlights in Cairo via ETO. Long trip in the minivan (picked up at 1am and back at midnight). But it is worth it to see the pyramids, Tutankhamun's mask and busy Cairo in real life. Unfortunately, the new museum is not open until June, which was a shame, but then the tour operator cannot do anything about it. Just a great tour.
