  Luxor Excursion from Sharm El Sheikh

  Embark on a historical journey to Luxor from Sharm El Sheikh. After a private, air-conditioned vehicle pick-up from your hotel, you will be tranferred to the airport. From there, you will board a flight to Luxor, where you will spend a day exploring ancient architecture and archaeology.

  Karnak Temple Complex

  Your first stop will be the Karnak Temple Complex, located on the eastern side of the city. Here, you will have the opportunity to visit Sphinx Street, a hypostyle corridor featuring 134 massive columns. Additionally, you will see obelisks dedicated to Queen Hatshepsut and Tuthmosis I.

  Theban Necropolis and Valley of the Kings

  Next, you will proceed to the Theban Necropolis, which includes the renowned Valley of the Kings. This site is a must-visit for all travelers to Luxor. Within the necropolis, you will explore tombs from various dynasties and visit the Hatshepsut Temple.

  Memnon Colossi

  Conclude your tour with a visit to the Memnon Colossi, two of the largest ancient statues in Egypt. These colossi date back to the reign of King Amenhotep III.

Tour Program:

1. Early Pick-Up:
Our guide will pick you up from your hotel around 5:00 AM.

2. Flight to Luxor:
You will take a domestic flight to Luxor.

3. Visit Karnak Temple:
This is the biggest temple ever built. It was made by many pharaohs over 2000 years ago. Inside, there’s a huge room with giant pillars called the Hypostyle Hall.

4. Lunch:
Enjoy a meal at a local restaurant in Luxor.

5. Visit the West Bank:
See the Colossi of Memnon, which are two big statues of Amenhotep III. Then, visit the Valley of the Kings. Here, you can see three ancient tombs filled with treasures.

6. Visit the Hatshepsut Temple:
This temple is dedicated to Queen Hatshepsut, the only female pharaoh. It’s built on a hill and has many levels.

7. Free Time:
You’ll have some free time to shop for things like papyrus and perfume.

8. Return Flight:
After your visit, you’ll fly back to Sharm El Sheikh.

You need to get a visa at the airport when you arrive. It costs 25$ and you’ll need to stamp it at passport control. If you don’t have a visa, we can help you get one before the tour,and it will cost 30$
